Just as travel insurance gives you peace of mind when buying flights to Paris, Paris Pass insurance gives you the comfort of knowing that should you be unable to use your Paris Pass, you will receive a full refund with no questions asked.

When you purchase your Paris Pass online, you will be given the option to insure the passes for a charge of just 2.5% of the total order value.

While your normal travel insurance will cover you for loss or theft of your Paris Pass, our insurance gives you an extra level of protection should you not use your pass for any reason.

Simply let us know you are claiming on your insurance and return your non-activated pass to us, and we will issue you with a full refund.

The Paris Pass is non-refundable, so unless insurance is purchased refunds can not be offered for non-use of a Paris Pass nor for any misunderstandings such as how the pass works or what it covers. Please ensure you read the Paris Pass terms and conditions prior to purchase for full details.

How Do I Claim?

Should you need to claim on your Paris Pass insurance, simply email us at sales@paris-pass.com with your full name, your Paris Pass order reference number and details of your request.

We will process your claim within five working days by either refunding your order value to your credit card or issuing a replacement Paris Pass.
